corner2 How CareerScout Works

CareerScout replaces the "jobs" section of your web site with a powerful system for attracting qualified job applicants. It allows your recruiting staff (or hiring managers) to easily add new job listings to the web site.

"Active" candidates visiting your site can examine all open positions and search for specific openings that interest them using a fully-featured job board. Job applications (with resume attachments) can be taken directly online.

"Passive" anonymous candidates can leave a profile of their ideal job requirements. Every time a new position is added, an active agent searches through the profiles and automatically notifies you and the candidate by e-mail if a match is found.

CareerScout also supports custom minimum qualifications for each job opening. Interested candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements are screened out before applying (saving significant time and money).

Advanced versions also add support for internal job postings on company Intranets, and support for multiple-company job boards (ideal for Internet community web sites and companies with subsidiaries).
